Triodos Bank wanted to show how individual savers help to fund organisations that make a difference in their own community and beyond.
The bank decided to make a series of short films, demonstrating exactly how this works – by inviting savers to witness first-hand the causes they helped to fund.
Triodos invited me to present the films – calling on me to use storytelling and interviewing skills honed as a journalist and broadcaster – and with reference to How To Change The World.
In this particular film (the second of three), I accompanied a family in Edinburgh to a local arts centre financed by Triodos.
In other films, I took savers to visit a wind farm, and a social enterprise in the housing sector.
The films were widely shared on social media, to a mixed audience of people who already knew about Triodos and others who didn’t, yet.
